Terms and Conditions

Once Pupils are enrolled in the Carousel Dance and Drama ballet class they will automatically be reserved a place and do not need to re-enrol each term.

All fees must be paid at the beginning of term for your child to continue.

Fees are non-refundable and paid by the term and unfortunately no reduction can be made for absences, whether due to illness/holidays/exams or weather conditions.

For our Ballet classes we offer New Starters a Free Trial class.

One month’s written notice is required for the withdrawal of a pupil from a dance class for the oncoming term.

By accepting enrolment in the school Parents/Guardians acknowledge and accept that ballet instruction often involves physical placement by the teacher.

Pupils are encouraged to wear the regulation uniform.

Items left in the waiting area are left at your own risk. The school accepts no responsibility for the security of valuables.

Please collect pupils on time. Parents/Guardians should be aware that the school insurance policy only covers pupils during class time.

Parents/Guardians are invited to watch the last class of term. Exceptions may be made throughout the term by prior arrangement.

There will be times when pupils need to move up to a higher level which may mean the time of their class may change, you will be notified as soon as possible if any changes are made
